Hazard Bonuses
The Hazard Bonus is a factor that Gold, Crafting Minerals, and Experience collected in a mission are multiplied by to reward the player for a more difficult mission.
The Hazard Bonus is calculated based on the Hazard Level of a mission, Cave Complexity and Length, both of which are shown during mission select, and any Warnings the mission has. The sum of each of the elements will be the final Hazard Bonus.
Hazard Level
- Hazard 1 - Low Risk +25%
- Hazard 2 - Challenging +50%
- Hazard 3 - Dangerous +75%
- Hazard 4 - Extreme +100%
- Hazard 5 - Lethal +133%
Complexity
- Complexity 1 - 0%
- Complexity 2 - +10%
- Complexity 3 - +20%
Length
- Length 1 - 0%
- Length 2 - +10%
- Length 3 - +20%
Warnings
Currently all warnings increase the Hazard Bonus by varying amounts.
Exploder Infestation Warning Exploder Infestation: +30%
Haunted Cave: +30%
Shield Disruption: +30%
Lethal Enemies: +25%
Low Oxygen: +20%
Mactera Plague: +20%
Cave Leech Clusters Warning Cave Leech Clusters: +15%
Parasites: +15%
Regenerative Bugs: +15%
