Changes: Mixer Interactivity

Deep Rock Galactic has Interactivity support with the video game streaming service Mixer. "Mixer Interactivity" can be enabled via the options menu, while it can be enabled at any time it will only have any effect while streaming on Mixer.

Whenever a viewer pays sparks (a free currency within the streaming platform) for an interaction, it will be announced in-game via the HUD. Any creatures spawned from this menu will appear blue and with the viewer's nickname above their spawned creature.

Bugs

The in-game HUD will not display when someone has paid for "Give Full Health" interaction.
The "Resupply Ammo" interaction doesn't work most of the time.
