Obtaining Experience
Experience can be earned in each Mission through the completion of objectives, mining of minerals, and by killing hostile enemies. All Experience gained from a mission is increased by a factor based off the Hazard Bonus of the mission.
Mission Objectives
Primary & Secondary Objectives - Gives by far the most experience, with the secondary objective giving approximately half the primary objective experience and are all affected by Hazard Bonus.

Other ways to obtain XP
Hostiles Killed - 1 XP gained per enemy killed by the team. This is not affected by Hazard Bonus.
Mined Minerals - XP gained from all deposited minerals. This value can be calculated with the following table below.
