I personally don't believe that Mission Control is a dwarf. Look at him. Bald. No beard. Doesn't know how to have fun. My theory is that DRG is a human megacorp that has enslaved dwarves with promises of "pay", and "ale". I mean, look at supply drops. We have to PAY for supply drops. The MOLL-E is considered worth more than dwarf lives. It's all numbers to the corporate human overlords. Only dwarves say "no dwarf left behind". In the article it says that the Mission Control talks "with a sophisticated Danish accent". Firstly, does his accent really sound Danish or is it just because you know Robert Friis is from Denmark? Secondly, does Denmark exist in the DRG universe? If not, it feels weird to describe this fictitious character with a real-world country's supposed accent.
